REFUND POLICY

The following rules shall govern requests for refunds regarding registration fees for YYC Softball Little League:

1. We will not be collected fees until at least March 15, 2021. We hope by then we will know what our season will look like

2. Where a player decides not to play on or before March 31, 2021, a full refund will be granted, less a 20% administration fee

3. Where a player decides not to play after March 31, 2021, no refund will be granted, unless withdraw from the program is due to medical reasons. 4. Fees will be prorated or refunded in the event health restrictions prevent us from playing
